Our
products
Aluminium composite material (ACM) panels are made from two materials: aluminium and plastic. The panel’s core is plastic, which is coated with aluminium on both sides.
The standard flat panels are machined to the exact project specifications on our CNC production line; they are then used to create elements.
Our ACM panels are always manufactured from AW5005-grade aluminium. The core between the aluminium inner and outer sheets is
made from polyethylene with magnesium hydroxide. We only supply the very best fire-retardant panels.
Accentuate lines with
Flat panels
COFAC - FP
COFAC's flat panels consist of a 0.5-mm coated top sheet, a 3-mm or 5-mm plastic, fire-resistant core and a 0.5-mm uncoated bottom sheet. Aluminium composite is easy to machine and enables us to supply flat panels in exactly the right shape and size. With the right detailing, it is possible to achieve a cost-effective and flat façade and the freedom to design the façade of your choice.
At our factory, CNC machines cut and machine the panels to size. On construction sites, these panels can be processed quickly and efficiently by mechanically securing or gluing them to a flat substructure. This type of panel is mainly used in the house construction industry.
Make elements stand out with
Frame system
COFAC - FS
Aluminium frames can be used to add beautiful accents to a building. COFAC's frame systems consist of aluminium cladding or a hollow box frame surrounded by a fabricated aluminium composite sheet. During the production process, the cladding or frame is assembled into a carrier of the appropriate dimensions.
Where the frame elements touch, 0.7-mm splices or 4-mm composite splices are used to create precision-finished joints without any visible tension or unevenness in the aluminium composite. This system’s advantages include assembly speed and its light weight, so little to no auxiliary steel is necessary.
Modern sleek facade finish with
cassette panels
The edges of aluminium composite cassette panels are reshaped. Aluminium profiles are also glued into the top and bottom edges. This prevents slippage and makes it possible to attach the panels to an aluminium substructure. We are responsible for supply and engineering, which allows us to deliver everything to the construction site as a single package.
