1Aluminum omega profile

The omega profiles are attached to the architectural (wind and waterproof) facade. The omega profiles are used to fix and position the cassettes. The dimensions of the omega profiles are determined at the project level.

2Aluminum composite cassette panel

The aluminum composite cassette panels are processed on our CNC machines. This makes it possible to convert all four sides of a panel, resulting in a cassette. In stack cassettes, extrusion profiles are later placed at the top and bottom of the cassette. An S-profile is placed at the bottom and a Z-profile at the top, standard in RAL 9005 (black). The cassettes are attached to the omega profiles using these extrusion profiles.

3Leak threshold

Instead of a standard drip edge made of sheet metal, one can also choose to execute it in aluminum composite material. The drip edge then has exactly the same color and finish as the cassettes, resulting in an even tighter finish.

COFAC - SZ

The vertical or horizontal cassette system is made from aluminium composite
(thickness: 4 to 8 mm) and aluminium extrusion profiles. This makes it possible
to stack and bolt the cassettes to a substructure.

Coloured pop rivets are used to mechanically secure the extrusion profiles to the
cassette panels. The extrusion profiles are black as standard. Other colours are
possible on request.

We always have various colours in stock. See our colour list for an overview. 
We can supply any RAL colour for orders of 100 m² or more. Our panels are available
in standard widths of 1250 and 1500 mm and a standard length of 2000-8000 mm.
