The omega profiles are attached to the architectural (wind and water-tight) facade. The omega profiles are used to fix and position the adjustment brackets. The dimensions of the omega profiles are determined at the project level.

The mounting brackets are used to set the U-profiles at the correct height and depth.

The hook profiles / U-profiles are used to hang the panel. They are standardly made of raw aluminum, but are also available in color.

The aluminum composite cassette panels are processed on CNC machines. This makes it possible to convert all four sides of a sheet, resulting in a cassette. In hook cassettes, hooks are milled into the long side. This allows the cassettes to be hooked into the U-profiles.

The top side of the cassette is finished with an aluminum composite roof cap.

Hook-in-bolt cassette

Hook-in-bolt cassette are made from aluminium composite sheets (thickness: 4 to 6 mm). These sheets are machined into cassette panels in our factory by milling and reshaping the edges of the flat sheets.

Hooks are milled to size along the outer edges of the cassette panels, so pins can be used to hang them in the aluminium U-profiles. D These profiles are secured to the wall and aligned in height and thickness so the cassette panels can be mounted neatly at height.

We always have various colours in stock. See our colour list for an overview. V We can supply any colour for orders of 250 m² or more. Our panels are available in standard widths of 1250 and 1500 mm and a standard length of 2000-8000 mm.
